Delete Account

We're sorry to see you go. Please read the information below before requesting deletion.

⚠️ What happens when you delete your account?

• All your account data will be permanently deleted.
• Your published posts and associated media files stored in Cliptx will be removed from our servers.
• Active subscriptions will not be automatically cancelled — please cancel via the App Store first.
• This action is irreversible.

1️⃣
Cancel your subscription first Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Cancel Cliptx
2️⃣
Delete your account in the app Go to Settings → Delete my account. Your data will be permanently deleted immediately.
3️⃣
Or send a deletion request by email If you are unable to access the app, email us from the address linked to your Cliptx account with the subject "Delete My Account"
4️⃣
We'll process email requests within 7 days You'll receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted
