By accessing or using Cliptx, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the application immediately.
By creating an account or using Cliptx, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Cliptx is a video and photo editing application intended for lawful personal and professional use. You agree not to: • Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the app or its backend systems. • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the application. • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service. • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
You retain full ownership of all videos, photos, and media content you create, edit, or publish using Cliptx. By publishing content to the Cliptx community feed, you grant Cliptx a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the app. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, and that it complies with all applicable laws.
Cliptx has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You agree not to post, share, or distribute any content that is: • Illegal, harmful, threatening, or violent. • Harassing, defamatory, or abusive toward any individual or group. • Sexually explicit or obscene. • Discriminatory based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age. • Spam, misleading, or fraudulent. You may report objectionable content using the report button available on any post. You may block abusive users from their profile page. Reports are reviewed promptly and violations result in immediate content removal and may result in permanent account termination.
Cliptx offers an optional Premium subscription managed through the Apple App Store via RevenueCat. • Monthly Plan: $14.99 per month. • Yearly Plan: $44.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of an active subscription period. To restore a previous purchase, tap Restore Purchases in the app settings.
All app design elements, branding, logos, interface components, and software code that make up Cliptx are the exclusive property of DevXHive Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute any part of the application without prior written permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. Cliptx is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete my account. Upon deletion, all your personal data, published posts, and associated media files will be permanently removed from our servers. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active subscription — you must cancel your subscription separately in your Apple ID Account Settings before deleting your account.
Cliptx is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DevXHive Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful or illegal activities, or for any other reason with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Cliptx shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. When changes are made, the effective date will be updated within the app. Continued use of Cliptx after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly.
